Simon saving Kat tonight. Picked the perfect song for her and praised the first song which she butchered. She did do well on Rainbow though

Katharine's "Over the Rainbow" was like Fantasia's "Summertime." (Actually better)
The only way that she'll go home now is if Elliott really soars on his last tune AND Katharine really stinks on hers.
Not likely to happen.
I was pulling hard for a Taylor/Elliott final but it looks like my hopes have been taken away by the fixers at Idol.

I think she has to be sitting on the floor to sing without oversinging. I think shen she stands she has a tendency to go for the big notes. I'm not sure why, but she does a lot better when she is on the floor!
