judges Choice-Desperado
Taylor's Choice-Georgia on my mind
Clive Davis Choice-Walking in Memphis We've been told time and again they can't get clearance for THE EAGLES.
I'm not familiar with the last one.

I don't know....maybe the people that did it thought they had misdialed or something...until they saw Chris eliminated and then wondered if they really hadn't misdialed after all...
Just speculating of course.

I hope Taylor brings out the harmonica. Screw the rules. He needs to bring it out and lay it all out in the open.
To: Senator Goldwater
I understand the exact opposite was true. The producers said both Ace and Chris were very laid back and easy to work with. They followed the rules regarding curfew, etc. and didn't cause any trouble.

You are probably, unfortunately, right. If she does, this is the last season I will watch. I'm sick of the same person winning year after year after year.

If Chris fans are going to Kat then it's based purely on superficial ooks. alt-rock fans like nothing about what Kat does. It's 180 degree's different.
For the younger generation, it is alot about looks. But it's also sound, as well. My teenage daughters, and their friend were ALL Chris fans. Now, they say they've got nobody left to pull for but Kat.
For his older fans, such as myself, I think they'll split between Taylor and Elliot, but I think the majority of that split goes to Taylor. I know that's where my wife and I will be voting.
But, I suspect a bunch of die hard Chris fans won't vote at all. Helping nobody, hurting nobody.

I think it was scripted. You know why? Because T was completely different singing it last night, as if someone mentioned he should interact with the audience more. I think Taylor is the type entertainer and musician that will never do the same song the same way twice. It's an original every time.

At some point, the show has to put the next American Idol on a pedestal. It isnt going to sell arena show tickets if the TV show convinces the public that their star is a third-rate wedding singer. Theyve got some pimping to do. LOL!
How could anyone think it wasn't scripted?
The band had to be ready, and every single minute of the show must be accounted for.
But that theory of *why* the JHR encore makes sense. Thanks.

I don't even watch Shep anymore. I turned it on to catch the AI news about Chris then turned it right off again. If people were getting wrong numbers why didn't they complain and bring this up all day yesterday? Why is that we are only hearing about it now?
when I dial in I always listen to the first call until I have made sure that my call went to who I wanted it to. After that I hit redial and I hang up before the comments about watching the results show.

I agree.
Of course it's hard to figure why Pickler stayed and Ace was gone.

I am curious to see if this goes somewhere...you would think that if enough people had e-mailed the same story, (before it was reported today)...then I would look for Chris to be back next week...Bad idea. The Eliot and Taylor fans would be furious, since the DialIdol numbers have them so far ahead, one of the other two should definitely be gone. It would reek of more of the same perceived favoritism against Taylor and Eliot throughout the series.
There are two possibilities. One is to have a re-vote for whom to keep....Chris or Katherine. That stinks, because all of us Taylor and Eliot fans would vote for whom we think had the best chance of being voted off next time.
The other possibility is to tell Chris to grow up, let him out of his AI contract, and give him the money.
I don't believe for one minute that Chris's voters were swayed if one of the numbers was given incorrectly, once. I also don't think his lack of gracious comment toward the other contestants would make it likely he'd get more voters next time round, just a silly situation where everyone's fans tried to vote 100 times or so.

Didn't any of them listen to the recording? If they sent the text votes to the wrong place because of it that sucks.
More conspiracies brought about by the tri-lateral commission, supported by the CFR and financed by Haliburton!!

Okay...I am backing out now...
I don't know what happened, I don't know for sure IF anything happened...
I just reported what I saw on Fox News..that is all.

To: Netizen
There have always been complaints about the phone numbers for AI. Any buzz is good buzz for Fox, and that's the bottom line.
I suspect they ramp up the nonsense themselves.

People are taking this program much too seriously.
It's fun, not life and death.

I'm leaning towards "not scripted" at the moment, because after watching it againI thought unscripted too until I saw the guitar player sitting in his chair on the stage.
