I don't think it looks like him, or at least the angle the artist chose for his face isn't good. The coat open and the body pose isn't a good choice either. Other than that, it's a beautiful painting.
With a little more thought, I don't think I would like any painting of him.

Dye the hair reddish and it is DEFINITELY Ted "Piece of Living Feces" Koppel. Clinton is 30 pounds heavier than this silly painting.
And I would LOVE to see the Hildabeast painting.
