He remembers the time on the second call as being later, but, so what.
People have memory lapses on time.
The defense have cell phone records and a computerized cabby log, atm receipts and the card swipe at the dorm.

Add this to the fact that the big news today about Nifong suggesting there was a date rape drug, had nothing to do with a TOX report but a "witness" who can verify the AV came sober, left incoherent, and was given a drink at the party.

I believe Kim herself said that she yelled "i called the cops you dumba$$es"....

which means she left at or after 12:53.... that is just after the cabbie arrived.... so i believe that cabbie of off by 8 - 10 minutes... or so...
