I remember reading an interview with Mary Lynn where she was asked about getting to fire the gun.
She thought at first she was going to hate it (having never fired a gun like that before) but in the end thought it "totally rocked" and it was her favorite scene up to that point (end of Season 4).
The actual scene is longer and has her put the gun down and tell Jack on the phone that she just "killed a guy" but TPTB cut that part from the show.

Actually, Logan has been trying to get rid of his wife all day--first ship her off to the asylum and then let the Beirko gang blow her up with the Russians.
If Curtis ever gets back to what was once CTU, he needs to dump Beirko and find the (still living) loyals who have been exiled.
In the previews, was Audrey holding that gun with her maimed arm??? quick recovery.

Like when we used to watch the "Bob Newhart Show" and whenever someone said, Bob...you drank? I heard about you!

Also, I loved that part last season. I hope to see her pull a gun on the evil president in 24. AK-47, sig, whatever! Go Chloe!

Personally, I think Mrs. Logan shoots the President when Jack is in the room alone with Logan and he goes for his weapon to wipe out Jack. Unexpected twist - the Mrs. goes for the Pres!
.....and we all cheer, of course ;-)And then Jack breaks out the Mrs. from the insane asylum and Chloe sets her up in a nice little CTU witness protection program???

Hadn't started watching then, so I missed what looks like a great Chloe scene. So far my favorite Jack scene is when he takes the psychologist who's "counseling" Jack's daughter, slams him up against the wall, and screams in his face because
he (Jack) knows what this is all about -- the guy just wants to get into the daughter's pants. Love that scene! Jack is the most convincingly human in that moment and you just LOVE him for being a good Pa!
Incidentally, not to drop names or anything (yeah, right!) but I got to meet and chat with Roger Cross, the guy who plays Curtis. Ladies, the screen doesn't come close to doing him justice -- he's very handsome in real life. He's also a former professional pilot, well read, and very intelligent, articulate, and philosophical in a good way. Believes in hard work and discipline. A hunk with brains. *sigh*

I have a picture of her on the back of my car window and it reads, "Chole Rules!" I confuse many a person with it, but those that know what I'm talking about get a big kick out of it.
...and those are the only people worth talking to ANYway ;-)
