Yes, exactly. Sadly, he does not share my "24" passion. I bought Season 1, though, I will get him yet... Muaaahahahaha!

Nah, Chappelle was nothing like Miles.

Miles is nothing but a self serving bureaucrat who will do anything and everything to get ahead.

Chappelle was just a harda*s who wanted everything done by the book and didn't care if people got offended. They finally let him show his human side in three scenes during Season 3.

Hugs Michelle after she learns Tony will be okay after he was shot. (Totally hilarious scene.)

Allows Tony to send the suicide capsules to the hotel.

Again, I don't think Miles is evil per say. I think he is trying to "kiss a*s" just as Bill said.

Karen was helping Chloe during the episode and she brought Bill back to CTU in order to find out what was going on.

Of course Bill being back at CTU worries me. We know what tends to happen to CTU directors every season. (And for certain people, this is not a spoiler. I don't know what if anything will happen to Bill.)
