We don't know about Heller and probably won't find out this season. Either he'll be back next year or the writers will kill him off with a few cheap, throw away lines.

Technique I've found that works pretty good:

I tape the evening 24, so I can be on the PC and the FR thread and semi-watch on the PCTV card, screencap, post and read the other posts.

Then the next Monday afternoon, early evening, I watch that tape of the previous Monday so I can get a refresher before the new program. [And, it makes it feel like 2 hours of Jack.]
