Of course the origianl title was "Man Creates Engine that Uses No Fuel;Invention could change history by 1984!"

The article was written in 1973.

I remember when we had a perpetual motion car. My dad was so proud. Then a goverment agent, (dressed in black, wearing sunglasses and in company of an Arab Sheik) came to our house, beat up my dad, took the car and forces a large, gas guzzeling Chrysler on us!

I'm sure I'm not alone here! (snicker).

And I'll bet that Chrysler wouldn't even start on cold mornings! Same thing happened to my family.
