>>You are so new around here. You have absolutely NO ground to stand on!!

You're actually on very thin ice. You've been asked repeatedly to provide links for your supposed inside information.

With respect, sisyjane, unless you have watched this from the beginning it's hard to appreciate the skill that Oak Oak has shown. It's amazing that s/he has survived.

There is no way on earth this is a new person. I remember the thread where someone first suggested OakOak was here to troll. Before that OakOak and Howlin were taking more or less the same side in the thread. I and a couple of other people were in disagreement with Howlin and Oak in the majority.

Howlin posted something like "the people suspicious of Oak may have a point."

Oak spun 180 degrees immediately and went relentlessly after Howlin (who wan't nearly the person most critical of Oak) trying to encourage others to join in and the said s/he wouldn't be posting for a while due to work requirements.

I would bet my car (based on experience running BBSs back to the 70's) that Oak is a experienced, senior returning board member with a personal history of conflict with Howlin.

Ad for Nancy Grace's show tonight says she is going to have info on the Latest suspect.

LOL! The latest "theoretical" suspect, more like it. I get a mental picture of NG in one side of the screen with a silhouette of a generic person on the other with a giant question mark in it. There's your graphic for twenty minutes. (Interrupted forty times by the 10-second clip of the two guys getting out of the Sherriff's car Monday morning.)

The only thing that can possibly said or even speculated about "the latest suspect" is that Nifong has said that there might be one eventually. "You are entering another dimension..."

Shopping list: (1) tinfoil (2) more booze (3) extra cooling fins for TV set (4) floor mat for in front of TV to catch NG's spittle (5) call soundproofing contractor so neighbors don't hear me laughing my ass off

We can always count on him.

I guess that's why he's not on Greta's show, since she's zeroing in on guilty.

Oh, puleeze.

I've seen far too numerous cases in my past, to take your post in anything but a humorous vein, LWalk18. Whoever makes the "accusation" must have some solid grounds for doing so.

In this case, the first stripper was banged up "consistent with rape".

LabCorp doesn't lose samples. It is one of the most prestigous labs in this country. LabCorp's doing the second DNA test? Off to Burlington, NC.

If there is only one coming forward. How come there isn't other charges on the rest of the team for withholding information?

Because the 'dancers' and the D.A. don't have a clue who was actually there?

The Pro Bono was designed for those WHO "couldn't" pay for their own lawyers. I know this. I also know how it works "under the radar" on the west coast. Maybe that is not true for the east? And I guess you've tried using pro bono lawyers, having fit first in the "low-income" category which seems to always be shifting on the bar?

Even a DNA match might not salvage it if the jury does not believe the accuser when she says it was rape. The defendants could still get up and argue it was consensual or sex for pay.

If she just went into their bathroom, there's a high probability of inadvertantly collecting DNA, through hairs on the sink or floor or "splatters" on the floor or commode. I'm the mother of boys, and I'm always on their case to clean up their bathroom. Imagine the bathroom of a bunch of college boys out from under a mother's nagging.

If they find ANY of the boys' DNA ANYWHERE on her skin or clothing, it still doesn't automatically indicate a rape. The boys' DNA was all over that house, from the furniture to the carpet to the bathroom.

She said Reade stood behind her; Collin stood in front of her and forced her to have oral sex.

They flashed the photos of the TEAM on a screen for one minute each!

Damn.

She is 100 percent certain about the two indicted.

This is all from Abrams' show!
