I can't give you a transcript on the Abrams show, but what I found interesting was the discussion on the search warrant. Norm (?-the black guy - I think) noted that the PC part of the search warrant was a rehash of the stripper's story.

Go look at it and it's like a cut and paste from the warrant used to search the email guy's room.

I find this interesting because the names, Adam, Bret, and Matt, are unchanged and it was the team captain (Flannery) who said that HE used an alias to make the reservation.

How does this get to probable cause to search Finnerty's room? Who was he? Adam, Bret, or Matt?

I didn't hear anything new on Abrams. Dan reflected our wonderment that the searches followed the arrests, instead of the opposite. Finnerty's lawyer in a brief clip indicated he had a chance to speak to Nifong before the arrest, but didn't get anywhere with him. Susan is still in the group that thinks Nifong has more than he's showing.

Abrams asked AV supporter Susan whether the charges would be dismissed and she came up with two scenarios:

1. That Nifong will say that he believes there was a rape, but he doesn't have the evidence to prove it; or

2. That the AV will decide not to pursue it because she can't withstand the scruntiny.

I am really paraphasing.
