I believe it. As a mother of son in college, I can only imagine the horror these boys and their families are going through. On the other hand, it's a lucky break for the defense that the AV initially picked two kids that appear to have solid alibis. I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop when they charge some poor sap who actually was there.
