She does obviously have a drinking problem. Having said that, per the medical examine it appears she was raped. However, I suspect it happened before she ever got to the party. Don't they have pictures of her with injuries before this alleged rape ever happened?

Well, she SAID she was raped, and if there were cuts and bruises, and signs of sexual penetration, they would tend to believe her. But she was obviously sexually active, had a BF, possibly/probably did tricks on the side, already had bruises when she showed up at the party, and I think was reported to have fallen on the stairs or porch at the house, which could cause cuts, bruises or scrapes. So she might appear to be a rape victim even if she wasn't. Consensual sex plus cuts from a drunken fall could create the impression of a rape.

No. It was said she displayed marks/trauma consistent with rape. The same marks/trauma are consistent with "enthusiastic" consensual sex, and, I would imagine, the type of activities engaged in by a live-sex "performance artist."
