I'll bet Kim is saying the AV must have been pulled into the bathroom AFTER 12:30, when the AV went around back to get her shoe and Kim waited in the car.

If you read the article carefully Kim IS NOT confirming the AV's story about both leaving the house and being coaxed back in and separated. I'll bet the photos contradict such a story and show them both going into the bathroom.

I bet you are right... Some have mentioned them both going to the BR and somewhere else I read (from OakOak I think) that they walked out the door...

One more thing before I duck out for the night... Check out the outfit the AV has on when she's on the back porch.. Looks like some tube top doesnt' it? Didn't the security guard at Kroger's or the first cop on the scene report that she was wearing a see through nightly of some kind...

Maybe she changed clothes on the way to Kroger's.... but why?
