I certainly would not want to base my case primarily on the nurse-examiner's diagnosis unless there were significant injuries such as one might see in the case of a young child.

One of the things we don't know is where she was before the party. I believe she was drunk when she got there. No one has said boo about that and if she was drunk and had marks on her like they said, she might have been roughed up before.

Is she married? Has she ever reported someone else roughing her up? or raping her? Or is she the girl next door with two little children, working her way through college as a stripper and a drunk?? She is what she is? Where's daddy?
