My question was -- "What time was the allegation of rape actually made by the accuser? Was it before or after the physical examination at Duke hospital?"
While I assume before, as there is only a half-hour between "DPD takes AV to Duke Hospital" and "DPD changes incident report to include alleged rape," I don't know, and I'm wondering if anyone has that information.

If you check out the website of the escort operation Crystal worked for... it covers several states. She could very well have had clients who are/were 'influential'.
I seriously doubt she was raped. I just said she could have been. I wasn't there and only know what I have read and heard so I am not in a position to say one way or another.

All this talk about KIM brings up a good point.
Crystal is out of it when they leave. Kim blocks her identity on the first 911 call. Then lies in the 911 call.
She drives Crystal to Kroger and tries to dump her. When she can't convince Crystal to get out, she gets the Security guard - she lies twice to the security guard. She said she didn't know the woman and she picked her walking nearby.
When the Police ask Kim about making the first 911 call, she denies it. When the Police ask Kim if she was the woman in the 911 call (background) at Kroger, she lied and later recanted.
SO WHY wouldn't these investigators stop to think that KIM took the Impaired woman's $400.00 ??
That would explain all the lying and the urgency to get Crystal out of the car. The boy's were mad when they left and the Neighbor - Bissey - said he heard several say they're leaving with our money.
Hell Kim is still lying.. She told the Defense one thing and then called them "Out-and-Out Liars" and last night we hear she admits to changing her story AGAIN!

That will be the new strategy and it will probably be successful. They will just keep changing the allegations until they can get one that is physically possible.
But there is no doubt that that timeline isn't wrong since it also came from the other stripper. Of course, she has changed her story many times as well.
I assume they claim that aren't changing the story but just being more nuanced.
It doesn't matter who is lying until it goes to trial. I work for lawyers so I am somewhat familiar with the criminal justice system. And I live in NC.
Yep, I have never been at a private party where there were strippers nor have I have gone on a batchelor party where there were strippers. But almost every male I know has.
