25 minutes is long enough for them to contact the boyfriend/pimp via phone or actually meet him at the Kroger parking lot before Kim goes inside to notify the guard. How large is that parking lot? The boyfriend/pimp could actually be watching (from a distance( the arrival of the police car and trasfering Crystal to the backseat of the patrol car. How else would the boyfriend/pimp have known that she was at the hospital where he went?
It looks like they were looking for much, but came away empty handed, except for a news article and envelope. So Finnerty's room had been cleaned out earlier. Can LE then get search warrants for his parents' home in NY? How far will the maniacal DA go?

Murphy's Law clearly states that that would cause the toilet to back up so badly that a plumber would have to be called, who would turn out to be the DA's brother-in-law.
I honestly don't know what it is supposed to show. I just find it interesting that they were still looking for the shoe in the 3rd search warrant.

The attorney is saying they know she is a prostitute and they have done some investigation. Sounds like they know more than they are saying about where she was that night. A detective on O'Bloviator the other night seemed to imply the same thing.

None of us have all the facts yet and it might be a good idea to wait before declaring who is telling the truth and who is lying. I admit I have serious doubts about this woman's story but I wasn't there and all I know is what I have read in the media and on here. What if she isn't lying?
Wish we knew more about her activities before the party and her boyfriend. We will.
