I really believe that it is time for the 'pubs' stop being Mr. Nice Guy, please tell me why the are always so nice to the dimwits and sadly to say, dims get more points than the pubs. They let lies, etc., get in on the floor, never saying a thing about it. It makes the pubs LOOK like little dumb ones all the time.

The plants that are taking over the world, my roses, running out of vases. I get one special rose every day for my GD and put it next to her bed so she will see it when wakes up. Oh yeah, she is 10 now, going on 14, know the routine????? bet ya do.

SIL is really doing some finishing touches on the house. He did put me up a two strand electric fence around my garden and it has zapped the dogs and chickens, usually takes once to keep them out but here is the clincher, I forgot to turn it off before stepping over the fence, gotta tell you, I uttered a few not so nice words when it shocked me.

My computer is acting funny again, think I will get off and let SIL look at it before I end up with a blank screen again.

Good Morning! Foggy here, a condition that matches my own at the moment. ;)

If I can drag myself away from the computer, I might...just might...get something done outside today.

This outrage being committed by the DA in Durham, NC, has consumed us here because of the injustice he has perpetrated to get himself elected May 2.

I remain in a perpetual outrage at what this unethical and incompetent DA is doing to garner black votes for his upcoming election...ruining innocent lives and fomenting racial tensions in a town that is half black, half white.

This whole thing is reminiscent of the brouhaha of chad counting in 2000 election. (Off now for aspirin and coffee.)

I've only half been paying attention to this (though obviously I'm aware of it). As I understand it yesterday the evidence in support of the boys is a photo of the girl leaving the house smiling and one of the indicted kids has a receipt from an ATM that shows he wasn't even there at the time.

I gotta say, this sounds like one weak case the DA's got.

The thing that gets me is Sharpton. You would think that he wouldn't dare comment on the case after the Tawana Brawley hoax.

The breaches in ethics and the DA's lack of evidence has resulted in even the other attorneys for the unindicted team members joining together to fight this injustice.

They are furious...so furious that they are working as a team to disprove these spurious allegations against innocent young men having their lives ruined by a black stripper w/a background of lying and criminal conduct.

Al Sharpton has the nerve to even comment on this situation. His shameful promotion of Twanna Brawley is reeks.

Jesse Jackson has even pledged Rainbow Coalition funds to finance the accuser's college tuition "whether she's guilty or not". (I liked 'til I cried when he said she wanted to go to graduate school, then go into law.)
