Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
I still cannot get over this time line.
If the time stamps are correct, the strippers left the house at 12:41am.
The first call to 911, about the slur, came in at 12:53am, 12-minutes later.
Now the call by Kroger security came in at 1:22am, 40-minutes later. Now, if CGM was in trouble earlier, why wouldn't Kim had called in at 12:53am when she called about the racial slur. She said the CGM was "not acting right" after they left the house.
I am from Durham. I know it takes no more than 15-minutes during the day to go from the house to the Kroger. 1am on a Tuesday, it will take you no more than 10 minutes. I could probably get there in 5.
What happen to CGM when she left the party?
This is why I am highly suspicous of Kim.
Just to clear up the matter; there are rape situations in which there is little to no vaginal "damage signs".
You are asleep. A stranger enters your bedroom. Puts his hand over your mouth. You are relaxed. And he enters you.
But the standard, classic "rape" scenarios involve heavy-duty battery of more than just the genital regions -- the woman or man is fighting her/his attacker off. I've seen some horrid, downright, horrid instances of rape and sodomy in both females and males. They were banged up in sexual as well as non-sexual areas of their bodies.
But I've also seen other ones: Where the woman requests her arms be tied for a "fun-time". But later, she claims she was raped and has the marks on her wrists to "prove" it.
So feminist legal beagles decided that the way the laws should work is that rape is what happens whenever a woman decides to call it "rape". Is this wrong? Yes, it is.
Therefore, it is a much clearer call -- on anal abuse -- as that region of the body is built for "outgoing" functions and would therefore show clear-cut trauma. The vagina is an input/output feature on the human female body and therefore the the tissues are hardier than the rectum.
The alleged victim claims she was sodomized. If so, I yet find it curious the DA didn't bring up the SODOMY word as opposed to the RAPE word.
As I tell it here, I am aware that it does not sound especially credible. But it sounded very credible as he told it.
This is shaping up as the perfect storm of race turmoil.
The DA looks to have indicted some innocent guys.
But I believe, certainly "the community" will believe, that some kind of unlawful act was commited against the stripper.
Personally, I persist in the belief that somebody slipped her a mick. Not necessarily to rape her. Just because he had it, he was stupid, they were disgruntled, it seemed like it would be fun...but then it knocked her flat on her ass and frightened them all.
I don't think she even ~knows~ what happened to her. Surely people around her are pushing her along both for racial reasons and perhaps for monetary gain.
But the DA still has no reasonable case, and I don't see anybody going down for this. The "community" rage will be huge.

These guys may have walked up to Mangum Street to call and wait for the cab there, the same corner where Seligmann was picked up. I'll bet no one wanted to be out in front of the house if the pimp were to pull up.

The statement you make about drugs is the whole thing about the Media believing early on one side is EVIL and one side is totally Virtuous.
That's why no matter what info comes out, it's blamed on the LAX players. Remember Nancy Grace, the alibi is a little too convenient. Who saves receipts.

Kroger guard said in an interview they got to the parking lot "around 1 a.m." She made the 911 call at 1:22 a.m.
Redhaired guy on greta's show told this story about why it's not worth having the defense work too closely with the DA.
He had a client accused of rape at 5:00 p.m. However, his client was on videotape at a store at 5:00. He showed the tape to the DA and the woman recanted and said the rape was really at 3:00.
So he never worked closely with the DA pre trial again.
To TV Morons: IF she was drugged, charges as such, would have been included with the indictment. If Nifong indicts on charges that cannot stick (people who could prove they were'nt there) would he not indict on charges than can stick?
Not such a wild imagination, IMO. :)
And maybe that's why we haven't heard or read Kim's name.
Kim does things that 99% of people would do.
Notice how the media jumps on the boys (not the one's charged) for little statements like "she's just a stripper", however,
KIM gets a total pass for dumping a drunk or rape victim off at a supermarket in the middle of the night?
Watch where and how they make judgements.
