We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Iran has announced they are stepping up uranium enrichment to a process involving a 54,000-unit centrifuge cascade. This would allow them the capability to produce a nuclear bomb in as little as 16 days. If they were to start today, they could have The Bomb by the deadline set by the UN for Iran to stop their nuclear program--April 28.
New Federal flood insurance guidelines have been issued for New Orleans; to qualify for flood insurance in the future in that locale, homes will have to be raised 1 to 3 feet above ground level, depending on the specific location.
And here's what suggestions of a "guest worker" program have wrought--illegal crossing of the border have increased dramatically in the last couple of weeks, at least in terms of people caught.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Congratulations!
LOL
I like the way you think.

I don't have any nes....just thought I would check in. Beauiful weather here today.
Spring has sprung. We had cardinals and squirrels all over creation today. Mourning doves and mexican doves were also very apparent (Henri puts out milo, so we see more than most).

It's still 80 degrees here. Hubby is threatening to turn on the a/c.
It's beautiful weather here too. I took a walk last night, it smelled like spring and felt like spring. So fun.
My piece of advice for today is: Don't put something on your resume that you actually haven't done. Or even seen. We're still wondering if the interviewee knew anything about automating software.
I have the windows open and got out the fan. I am NOT turning on the AC yet.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving us the information about hanging tomatoes, I was getting ready to order a really nice, fancy bag. I have buckets coming out of the garage.
I think I'll hang mine from the balcony too. Give my "climbing roses" something to watch.
I'm off to read my book. johnny you are one busy critter with all your cooking. It's wonderful. For my garden, I use Llama pellets, fresh and old. We're getting ready to spread some on the front lawn then overlay with top soil. The roots of the St. Augustine are funning along the top of the soil, as I've said before, when the former owners dug the basement they put all the hardpan on the top soil, if there was anu.
Till tomorrow. Y'alll have a good night.
Who's going to join me to work in the lettuce fields in Tucson this summer? John McCain has offered $50 an hour to harvest lettuce in Tucson for the whole summer. Apparently no American will do the job for $50 an hour, but other nationalities will. McCain is a stupid arrogant man.
Heck, Mom would pay for the gas to get me there. Beats what an E-5 makes, even if I had orders.
Time for a movie. Some of the General Gritching articles have encouraged me to be mean, snippy, and ugly, and I don't want to do that.
That kind of irritation in my life is reserved to the catz.

Chris Simcox and the minutemen have organized a visit to McCain's offices here in Phoenix and Tucson tomorrow. They are asking everyone to bring a head of lettuce and their resume so they can apply for those $50/hour jobs.
Our arrogant senator is truly a disgrace!
Me too. Enjoy the movie.
I highly recommend Walk the Line (about Johnny Cash.)
Cool. I wanted to organize a group to send lettuce to his office, but that is kind of unrealistic. LOL on the resume part.
And then McCain has the audacity to call everyone "my dear friends." Ugh, four years of that?
