We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
Hopefully, by now, everyone, unless you live in Arizona outside of the Navaho Nation, has moved their clocks ahead one hour. If you haven't, well, you're going to be perpetually behind--and since this is a conservative forum, you'll be hard pressed to catch up!
In Laura Bush's upcoming book, she relates that when given a tour of the White House by Hitlery, she noted that the Lincoln Bedroom looked worn out, that the West Wing decor was gaudy and outdated, and that Hitlery "kept bad house".
Sec'y Rice says that Iraq needs to get a move on in forming its new government, that the United States is tired of all the delays.
The black population in New York (city) decreased in 2004 from what it was in 2000--the first such decline since the Civil War.
Paul Wolfowitz wants to open a World Bank branch office in Iraq.
And other than pointing out that pro-illegal immigrant demonstrations are to crescendo to a maximum on May 1 (yes, there's a schedule!), May Day, that's all that will be said about that in this space today.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Yes I'm good.
My goodness, they have been Americans forever and yet they continue to separate themselves from the population.
Why is it that folks from Viet Nam, Mexico, China, Japan, etc can come here and within one generation, they are AMERICANS ----not Viet-Americans, Japanese-Americans, etc..... they are Americans! And....they speak English....not EBONICS.
I am prejudiced in many ways - I don't like lazy people, people who steal, people who abuse their children etc. but, I do NOT have a prejudice by skin color!!
I am personally sick and tired of the whining of people like this woman Lauren Lake and the Cynthia McKinney's of this world.
Didja hear that sound? It was me getting off my soap box. Thanks for letting me vent.
Oh yes indeedy.. you are good :-)
I have been away and haven't been able to read the thread on a daily basis. Did you buy a home? If so, direct me to the post so I can read about it.
I have really been enjoying your emails, Bev.
Not yet Bev...was out bid on three houses...:-(
Did I read that you all are taking off for some exotic place? If so, where? Is it that you just love the "warmth" of malaria? Just K I D D I N G..........
Larry was a Realtor and I also had my Real Estate license. Just a little suggestion...realizing that times have changed, but....whenever we had a client who really wanted a property, we had them come in at $100 over the asking price with no contingencies. Just a thought.
We think we'll be heading overseas after the Fourth of July. I may be making plane reservations this week.
We still have a significant one-time need. But, I may step out in faith and expect that it will come in the proper time.
As to malaria, I'm not really looking forward to my next case of it, but I certainly am tired of the flu and colds that I get here. Even now, I have developed some type of bronchial problem. Cough, tiredness, sometimes feeling as if an elephant were sitting on my chest. No fever and not a bad cough. I'll swap all of that for malaria any day.
You have freepmail.
I'm with you bev. These poor me people give me a pain in the area I place on the chair, I don't do headstands.
Gee bev I never thought you were wordy. I'm wordy, but I have to say what I'm going to say. Sometimes it takes a bit of bandwith.
I'm off to watch 24, I've never seen it before, except little clips. Now I'll see one whole segment.
I've never seen 24 either. Does it have a plot?
Hopefully, a thinner me will check in tomorrow.
Nighty...night all.................
Good night. Sleep well.
I'm watching the NCAA tourney. Go SEC!
The First lady is watching 24. I'm watching the b-ball game. Such is life in America. Well, at least we can watch 24 or the NCAA finals without getting shot at. Or, dodging serious ordinance.
Pray for our military around the world protecting our freedom. It really does protect them, and it does your body good.

You are right. I am so thankful for the freedom and safety we have in this country.
