AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 1895) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | March 31, 2006 | All of Us

Posted on 03/31/2006 5:25:41 AM PST by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

The protests in Los Angeles have entered their fifth day, comprising, in all likelihood, a host of illegal immigrants complaining about the fact that they might be tagged illegal by the Congress.

But Los Angeles isn't the only place where the invasion of illegals is causing problems.

A HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL IN HOUSTON WAS ORDERED TO TAKE DOWN A MEXICAN FLAG HE HAD HOISTED IN LIEU OF THE AMERICAN AND TEXAS FLAGS.

Incredibly, the Houston school district has not done anything to the Principal, saying "no decision has been made" on what to do about Mr. Pambello.

THEN THERE IS THE FLAG OF MEXICO FLYING ALONE OVER A COMMUNITY IN FLORIDA.

Moreover, marches continue in a number of cities, and in Texas, students were retrieved from government locations in various cities and forcibly returned to schools.

Mexican illegals who are students in the Houston school district were heard to comment that they intended to stage a mass "sick out" and stay away from school in an attempt to disrupt state aid, which is calculated on the basis of student attendence.

So, here we are. Over ten million--the accepted number is eleven, but who really knows (an accurate count would suggest that we actually have some control over this invasion)--illegals are telling US how we should run OUR country!

This is beyond astounding!

What do we have? We have a group that has pushed into America, with the contrivance of a foreign government (yes, if they take ads out in papers on the subject and dress down the American Congress by saying THEY will determine when the invasion will stop), who is demonstrating openly, without fear of reprisal.

Tens of thousands in Los Angeles, thousands more in other cities. All being pushed on by a media and by big labor interested in getting their hands on the money. Funny, they rail about corruption within our government, but the corruption they are currently practicing on their own part is beyond words.

It's bad enough when we cannot stop the stream over the border, but when these folks believe they can do whatever they want within our borders, the time has come to say enough. After all, they are within our military installations! And we were treated to the spectacle of one government agency apologizing to another, and for what? FOR ATTEMPTING TO ROUND UP AND DEPORT THE ILLEGALS!

That's what we've been reduced to. Offering apologies for protecting our sovereignity.

That is so attrocious I don't even know where to begin. It bespeaks of a lack of pride, honor, and dignity about one's home, one's land. Have we become so concerned about what others think about us that we are willing to say: "all right, come in here even though it's possible you don't belong, but we don't want to make you mad, so we'll just let you be, and give you all the benefits of the rest of us."

No! We must stop. We have to tell these people they do not belong. We must tell them to go home. We have to hit the people who help them, who hire them, who give them benefits, who provide any means for them whatsover to stay in America.

America must become an economic desert to those who arrive illegally. They must find nothing, no way to live, no way to get on.

Moreover, the highest levels of the United States government needs to get over the National pity party and start having some pride in our home! Clean it up, for gosh sakes! Find what doesn't belong and throw it out. Immigrants are guests, and if they are here legally and are productive, then we should, by all means, welcome them. These are the folks in any questioning that would have their blue "green card" (never have been able to figure that one out), or would likely be able to produce it quickly enough (but make sure they are escorted). These are also the ones that would put up with that so they could, hopefully, count themselves as "AMERICAN" at some point.

There are those, however, that are so ashamed, apparently, of America that they do not want the illegals to be counted as second-class citizens. Well, first, they're not citizens, and second, they aren't any-class anything. They don't belong. Stand up for the country and say: "you want to be here, then go do it the right way--until then, you're outta here!"

As they say--if you are not willing to give your life for your liberty, you deserve neither your life nor your liberty. It can also be said that if you don't want to keep those who don't belong out of your country, you deserve neither those who belong or your country.

Well, I would imagine T,T and A are close to Disney world, but where, oh, where is Toby? You didn't check in this morning, my friend.

I have returned from the Dermatologist. He took a biopsy of the place on my face I was concerned about.

He feels there isn't a lot to be concerned about, but because it is so different in texture from the rest of my face he took the biopsy.

I am VERY tired. As soon as he put the deadening stuff into my cheek I started having hot flashes, and I'm totally drained.

I'm going to lay down now.

My alarm is my cell phone. The time on the cell phone is kept current by the switch. I won't have to do a thing, except get up on time. ;>)

Just todays rant.

Somehow the Duke Cunningham affair makes me almost physically ill. Having admired him as a war hero and his being a republican makes it so much worse. Don't tell me that Dennis Hastert or one of our "leaders" couldn't have seen this corruption in the making and fended it off. Dereliction of duty. Shame on all of them.

Yes, it is a good evening. I spent some time in the garden, getting things ready to go, and some time over the fence, walking and talking with the old frenchman.

They are going to a fish-fry tonight, courtesy of the local constable.

Everything considered... I can't complain.

Drill tomorrow. Ironing tonight. ;>)

Hope you are beginning to feel better by now from your bout at the dermatologist.

Noticed that the storms last night hit Ames. We used to spend time there when friends of ours used to live there. You mentioned that you got nothing where you are. We didn't get the inch of rain that was predicted either. Just a windy, dreary day.

Other people will forget and be an hour late for church or other activities. "

We did that once, about 15 years ago.

Hubby & I were both in choir. Walked into church to hear the closing hymn being sung.

Unfortunately our friends have very long memories. We will never live it down.:(

"wind storms that tore down some tents and "sent some portable bathrooms rolling". "

hmmm..........same thing that happened in MS (Katrina.)

Well, I got my laundry room cleaned up, although Mount Laundry itself is still there; and the basement bathroom is sparkly clean.:)

"Drill tomorrow. Ironing tonight."

Doc doesn't have to do that anymore. He's got the spiffy new wrinkle-free uniform.

No polishing boots either.:)

I'm in BDUs this weekend. No big thing to iron. I'll survive.

Party tomorrow afternoon, and I get to assist a Chef with 27 years of experience.

When I met him, and he asked to borrow equipment... I gave him the food-safety rundown... less than 40F or greater than 140F... my short course on food safety lasts about 3 minutes, and doesn't upset officers that I have to give it to....

After I finished, he presented his bona-fides... CIA graduate after 6 years in the trenches... 20-odd years ago...

I felt like an @$$, but he said I did a pretty good job... for trying to instruct an idiot. He (a civilian, married to a reservist, just helping), pulled kitchen rank on me, and asked me some questions... I pulled it off. I have no idea how.

I look forward to learning from the kitchen godot tomorrow. I'm wearing contrite, with green as an accent....

Sheesh! Talk about first impressions...

I should add that he asked for the equipment as just plain old J. Random Civilian, he didn't say he was a Chef until MUCH later. He gave me plenty of rope.
