...and it sounds like a lie. I know I'm probably in the minority so far on this release of Jill Carroll but a short few months ago, this girl was on camera with a gun to her head with a threat of being killed if some prisioners were not released and now we hear from her own lips that she was at an Iraqi club med? They were sweet to her, TV, Newspapers, toilet priveliges and all the food she could eat? Now, I expect this from NPR and MSNBC but not FoxNews. This story isn't passing the smell test for me and I cannot believe how EVERY media outlet including FoxNews is singing these praises as if this story of a gun toting but soft hearted terrorist, is legitimate.
On Mike Gallagher show (3/30/06) he began to discuss some emails he was receiving saying the things I'm posing here but strangely enough it was quickly dumped for a commercial and when it returned it too mysteriously picked up on the issue of illegal immigration.
Now I expect the media to buy time with some kind of post traumatic stress issue to explain this one away. This one is bogus and someone should look into it.
I agree, it does smell. would a leftie be so demented to actually seek to fabricate an elaborate ruse and fake such an ordeal?
You're not alone... when I heard her story I was suspicious beyond belief.. what is she hiding?
I'm watching Fox News this morning (probably a repeat - I can't tell over here) anyway a number of Fox commentators are already questioning her story...
I've heard the term "Stockholm Syndrome" mentioned. ;D
And just the head scarf alone should have been a clear indication that the chick's not altogether.

Then she goes to Iraq, gets 'captured' by terrorist and is treated like the Queen of Sheba.
Definitely a big, smelly pile of camel dung.
