A woman who has sexual relations with a 14 Y.O boy is NOT a criminal, after all, it was the BOY'S fault, he wanted it!! OTOH, a male coach who pats a 16 year old girl on the back, after a good victory in a game of soccer, is guilty of attempted rape!!

(EXCEPTION:: ) If the coach is a man AND the student is a boy, THEN, it is just a "kind gesture", even if it involves intimate contact. The same applies is it is a female coach, and female student.
