I heard Ace is going to dress like Freddie Mercury next week to get more votes from the young girls and "boys."

Ah, you're thinking like an adult, not like an 9- to 14-yr-old girl.

I like this one alot.

Don't Stop Me Now
Written by Freddie Mercury

Tonight I'm gonna have myself a real good time
I feel alive and the world I'll turn it inside out - yeah
And floating around in ecstasy
So don't stop me now don't stop me
'Cause I'm having a good time having a good time

I'm a shooting star leaping through the sky
Like a tiger defying the laws of gravity
I'm a racing car passing by like Lady Godiva
I'm gonna go go go
There's no stopping me

I'm burnin' through the sky yeah
Two hundred degrees
That's why they call me Mister Fahrenheit
I'm trav'ling at the speed of light
I wanna make a supersonic man out of you

Don't stop me now I'm having such a good time
I'm having a ball
Don't stop me now
If you wanna have a good time just give me a call
Don't stop me now ('Cause I'm having a good time)
Don't stop me now (Yes I'm havin' a good time)
I don't want to stop at all

Yeah, I'm a rocket ship on my way to Mars
On a collision course
I am a satellite I'm out of control
I am a sex machine ready to reload
Like an atom bomb about to
Oh oh oh oh oh explode

I'm burnin' through the sky yeah
Two hundred degrees
That's why they call me Mister Fahrenheit
I'm trav'ling at the speed of light
I wanna make a supersonic woman of you

Don't stop me don't stop me
Don't stop me hey hey hey
Don't stop me don't stop me
Ooh ooh ooh, I like it
Don't stop me don't stop me
Have a good time good time
Don't stop me don't stop me ah
Oh yeah
Alright

Oh, I'm burnin' through the sky yeah
Two hundred degrees
That's why they call me Mister Fahrenheit
I'm trav'ling at the speed of light
I wanna make a supersonic man out of you

Don't stop me now I'm having such a good time
I'm having a ball
Don't stop me now
If you wanna have a good time (wooh)
Just give me a call (alright)
Don't stop me now ('cause I'm having a good time - yeah yeah)
Don't stop me now (yes I'm havin' a good time)
I don't want to stop at all
La da da da daah
Da da da haa
Ha da da ha ha haaa
Ha da daa ha da da aaa
Ooh ooh ooh

Notice Seacrest didn't say (unless I'm mistaken) that Elliot was in the bottom two. He just said Paris was safe and sent her back to the couch.

I Want It All
Written by Queen

Adventure seeker on an empty street
Just an alley creeper, light on his feet
A young fighter screaming, with no time for doubt
With the pain and anger can't see a way out
It ain't much I'm asking, I heard him say
Gotta find me a future move out of my way
I want it all, I want it all, I want it all, and I want it now
I want it all, I want it all, I want it all, and I want it now

Listen all you people, come gather round
I gotta get me a game plan, gotta shake you to the ground
But just give me, huh, what I know is mine
People do you hear me, just gimme the sign
It ain't much I'm asking, if you want the truth
Here's to the future for the dreams of youth

I want it all (give it all - I want it all)
I want it all (yeah)
I want it all and I want it now

I want it all (yes I want it all)
I want it all hey
I want it all and I want it now

I'm a man with a one track mind
So much to do in one lifetime (people do you hear me)
Not a man for compromise and where's and why's and living lies
So I'm living it all, yes I'm living it all
And I'm giving it all, and I'm giving it all
Oooh oh yeah yeah - ha ha ha ha ha
Yeah yeah yeah yeaaah
I want it all

It ain't much I'm asking, if you want the truth
Here's to the future
Hear the cry of youth (hear the cry of youth) (hear the cry of youth)
I want it all, I want it all, I want it all and I want it now

I want it all yeah yeah yeaaaah
I want it all, I want it all and I want it now
Oh oh oh oh oooh

And I want it - now
I want it, I want it
Ooooh ha

Mandisa was better than Taylor though.

It's a popularity contest, nothing more. Tucker was a better singer than Bucky.

But, you're forgetting that there are different factions voting. You have those that vote personalities. You have those that vote based on the latest week's performance and you have those that vote based on ALL of a person's performances.

Not everyone votes based on personality and who is best on any given night is subjective. Very dependant on preferences. jmo

ROFL

My OTHER niece, 15 years old, started out loving Ace...now, she and her friends hate him. They have switched their loyalty to Gherkin.

Don't even ask. I had all boys....

Something about one week Ace hugged Gherkin, then the next week he hugged McPhee. Therefore, he's a dog and they feel sorry for Gherkin. Makes sense...

Rather robotic.....no soul.

Sums it up for me. All fluff and no substance.

He'll have to stop waxing his chest then.

I didn't understand that one either.

Maybe it's best that we didn't get it.

Our society is not very tolerant of truly obese people, but especially of such women.

Mandisa went a long way, though. She breezed through the semi-finals without a worry. And I admire how she didn't let her weight slow her down, regardless of what people thought--she was even shaking her hips tonight during her farewell song. She was glowing! :)

Night, RK. Jonny, I'm gonna say goodnight too. Have to feed my critters and get some other stuff done.

She's gone because she's fat.

If that alone were true, Mandisa would've never made it past the semi-finals.

I love Mandisa and will be trying to keep up with her career, as I have with Kelly, Carrie, Bo and Josh.

Ahhh kids. My one son has been consistent. He votes for Chris every week. Last year it was Bo.

He's only nine, but I think the kid has good taste! ;^)

He's sweet, but, like, whatever.

LOL--I was expecting him to really bust loose last night (of all nights!) but he chose a very safe, boring song. Snore.

If Mandesa cuts a gospel CD, I just might have to buy it.

That gal can really belt 'em out!

UGH! Now I am truly scared after seeing that pic!

I was scared enough thinking about a "Queen" week. Why don't they just call it "Kiss of Death Week"? It will have the same effect.
