Hello!

I'm at the library. I gave up on the phone at home.

I've just been on the payphone here at the library for like an hour (on hold, mostly).The state won't give us our income tax refund because they say we owe OSU...which we *don't*! I didn't think we did because I paid the tuition and fees as soon as Steve signed up for the classes. I thought maybe he might have a library fine or something, but Steve said he didn't think so. Steve called the bursar's office and they said we didn't have a balance and doesn't know why the state is holding our money!

Brother just called...they're coming down to Olympia this afternoon and planned to come by for a bit this evening. Eek! I think it's too late to use the "I'm still moving in" excuse for my housekeeping shortfalls...
