I doesn't have a tomato so it mught be ok.

Pesto Ingredients:

3 Cups Tightly Packed Fresh Basil (Hydroponic Basil is available all winter in some stores, and works great. Don't use the cut & boxed basil, since it wilts quickly!)
1/2 Cup Pine Nuts
1 or 2 Ounces Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese (a block about 1" x 2" x 2")
2 Cloves Garlic
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 (approx) Tsp Kosher Salt
Careful! - There's very little difference between enough salt to make it perfect and enough to make it too salty

I guess I will try a little at a time. I don't want it to be like pouring a box of salt on them. Maybe I'll just dip them in ketchup or something. Sorry, I'm gripy and not being sympathetic.. I just got back from the dennist. I can go kick the cuz's butt for you. Or would you rather I go slash her new tires or bust her windshield?:')
