I felt very charitable towards him in the beginning of the call, because he wanted to buy his grandson a horse. The longer we talked, the less charitable I felt. For one thing, he talked to me like I was a half wit :)

A "little woman" attitude? Those kind of guys are the worst. I tend to get over protective sometimes of newbies:') Sounds like he's not worth the concern though.

You should have told that dimwit that he was gonna get his grandson killed. My little paint filly that I bought last fall has turned out to be a real sweetie but I would NEVER let my kids handle her unsupervised. She's still too babyish and unpredictable to be trusted with children. I let them brush her and pet her under controlled circumstances only.
