And because what he did to a non-Golden-Boy (as the first Roushketeer to win the Cup, Kenseth is the ugly red-headed stepchild in Brainless France's eyes - had anybody else won the Cup in 2003, we wouldn't have The Chase), he effectively got no penalty.

Yeah, those of us who work in engineering don't get work if we don't learn to think outside the box or push the envelope. In racing, that's just engineering. Sadly, engineers are great at the pieces parts, but have little clue about how to go about not getting caught :o)
