I got it figured out...Tony complained to Nascar about the aggressive driving in the Shootout so they'd focus on OTHER drivers, thereby Tony would be able to sneak a little bumper busting of his own and not get caught...hahahaha

What's the story on the crew chief getting ejected for a car failing post qualifying inspection? Missed the name -- Johnson or Stewart or someone else?

Take a hard left into a competitor to effectively take him out of the race; tail end of the longest line.
Giving the guy who took you out a piece of your mind without damaging his car; a black flag as the field takes the green, then another lap penalty for waiting a lap to serve that penalty.
