That would be Chad Knaus, crew chief for the #48 driven by Jimmie Johnson. He rigged one of the adjustment bolts to raise the rear window after the templates were applied in qualifying. He's likely going to be suspended for another 3 races by NASCAR Tuesday (when they announce penalties).
