Oh dear Nully...stay safe. Git yo-self down to that cellar of yours.
Keep us informed and stay in touch, ok?
No danger here. That's a long ways off, mountains, valleys and a bay away.
By the way; I just heard that the b@stard took the plea on the child rape case. Got the charges reduced, naturally. I believe my source said from a class Y felony to a class B. He didn't have a lot of details. Notice that they even did this without us, the cudodians of the child, being notified until after the fact. They've been determined to keep this under wraps. He was sentenced to 10 years. Of course, he will get credit for time served (he's been in jail for a year), which means he'll probably be out and perping on kids again in a couple of years, tops.
Be interesting to see if the paper has anything about it. Meanwhile, there was another front page headline story today on the animal cruelty case.
Happens every once in a great while. Never a very stong one as far as I've ever known.
We had one in San Jose a decade or so ago. Hit a trailer park not all that far from my ex-house...
I added one picture I tiefed from a Russian site.
What an interesting photo / rendition.
They are unusual aren´t they?
There is at least one of them out there -- #11 if my brief glance serves me right -- that pushes the envelope.
Only in America - lol
OMG - that one has 98 page views in half an hour.
I see you were in the Navy, I was in that other one. This was my first ship but the picture was taken long after I had left her. You will notice she is a Light Cruiser with Destroyer bows.
I joined her on 19th Aug 1947 and left her after two and half years in the East Indies on the 5th April 1950.
Interesting..............
;-)
Thank you for the ping.
You are welcome EA
Very unique. Thanks for sharing that.
They are aren´they. I have some really yukky food to show you tomorrow SL.
Good night everyone see you in the morning.
No need.
Accident of Marvel creations.
(Stan Lee's fault!)
On a brighter note.....Phil is back home in the US, he is done. He showed us a DVD made by a friend in his unit about their experience in Iraq. It was amazing to see..........unbelievably awesome to know what these young men have been though, done, and accomplished. They have been through the true adventure and experience of their generation. Knights in shining armor in my opinion, and only half of America will ever know or care to know.
We had a great family dinner in DC the night after my Mom's Memorial, all his brothers and his sister were there, lots of laughs, tears, appreciation, and fun. We will have a big homecoming party for him two weekends from now when he actually comes here to stay for a while.
We are blessed as a nation to have young men like him sacrificing for us in this very real war.
