Yesterday, we arrived at the Playa de Las Catedrales, which is much like your Ruby Beach, but the tide was in so we could not go down to the beach and explore the caves like the last time.
It was a miserable day weather wise for the most part but it gave me chance to see them again from a different perspective.

We don't have scenery like that in central Texas -- and the lakes are still low.

These two iron figures stand outside a small church. Our native guide said they parade them around the town once a year but does not know why.
Natives never know anything you have to ask a tourist.

And what this guy is up to is anyone´s guess.

Look at this outcropping up Provo canyon, the face is nearly vertical. Note the little waterfall on the bottom right.
It is hard on the neck to see this thing from the trail.
