If you want a good free software firewall, try ZoneAlarm

I use use both and I like 'em

I agree. I gave up on Norton over a year ago. It became to bloated and caused to many problems. AVG is much better.

..if a person is on a tight budget, these are very good. We always tell students about those products among others.
