Can anyone help najida with a software problem?
It just seems my Norton Security System has blocked me from all secured sites and told me that I don't have authorization to change anything

Your Norton will not allow you to change settings?
I would guess that it's the firewall feature.

Najida, are you logged in as an administrator on your computer? I don't know how Norton Security System works, but it may requrie administrative access to make some changes or to uninstall.
