Randy: "That didn't do anything to show you off."
Paula: "When you've got it, you've got it. You're an amazing performer ... you're a star, blah, blah, blah."
Simon: "You've got to be smart about this. You can't just be a young girl singing grown-up songs."

Because Paula has no idea what she's saying. I take nothing she says seriously and the contestants shouldn't either. She's a joke as a judge.

Lisa Tucker is pretty good--I like her more this week than last. She's not as saccharine now.Isn't she the youngest of the girls? Sixteen is the age when one day they are sugar and the next day they are hablano peppers.

Who is assisting these girls on their clothing choices??I think at this stage they still make their own choices. Only the final 12 get the professional makeover treatment.

Not good at all.
Maybe I'm just grumpy because I'm eating a salad instead of pizza. LOL

"Melissa singing Reba."
Singing? Is that what she's doing?
Nice navel anyhow...

Melissa is the best so far tonight, IMO--really enjoyed that :)
Randy: "Perfect choice! That was hot!"
Paula: "You're coming out of your shell ... I love it."
Simon: "Love your voice. I thought it was the wrong song. I don't believe you're making a connection yet with the audience."

I'm beginning to think we can't take anything these judge say to heart. Simon's the only one that at least tries to be critical.
I wish I could tell Paula to shut up.
