I just wish he was better looking

Well the women here in NC seem to be crazy about him, regardless of his looks or marital status :) His Bon Jovi performance won him a lot of female fans.

I just mean that you don't HAVE to have a perfect voice to sell records.

You are ABSOLUTELY right. I made that point to Jonny just the other night. The most important thing a singer needs above all else is the ability to get the audience to connect with the music. What they used to refer to in the old vaudeville days as selling a song.

I think that's what so many people like about Taylor Hicks. He's not particularly good looking, and his voice is not huge, but his own emotional connection to the songs he sings draws the audience in.

Jeff will have a special black Hot Wheels paint scheme on his car, and he's wearing a very sexy black fire suit. Yum.

You need to borrow one of Snugs' fans :)

Yep. It was the one thing I liked about Nadia Turner from last year.

He definitely is NOT gay. That much I can tell you for sure after having watched his career very closely for the past 10+ years. This is Jeff's latest honey, a Belgian model named Ingrid. They have been a couple for abour 18 months.

:) Whoever is the first to reply to the nightly "Day In The Life of President Bush" threads wins a "toaster".

It started as a joke, but Snugs made them into a real prize and we try to collect as many as we can.

You oughta look at the toasters on Mystery's homepage :)

Ummmm...no. The jury may be out at your house, but he is NOT gay. That got started for two reasons: (1) Dale Earnhardt started it on purpose when Jeff was a very young upstart in the sport who began beating all those good ole boys right from the start. (2) Whoever designed the 24 car's original paint scheme chose a rainbow design to show off DuPont Automotive Finishes. Somewhere along the line, gay activists had appropriated the rainbow as a symbol. Maybe it came from Jesse Jackson's Rainbow-Push Coalition. Anyway, tagging some young guy who drives a rainbow-colored car was easy, especially when that young guy helped shake up to old order in NASCAR.

Ummmm excuse me, but I never said anything about a rainbow. I just know that a lot of drivers for SCCA have specualted about ol' Jeffey for a good many years.

I know you didn't. However, one thing I'm not going to do is continue this conversation. You think what you want about Jeff. I'll think what I want.

Fine with me. Just pointing out that it's more than our household that 'wonders'.

Tom Cruise isn't gay either, why he's marrying Katie Holmes and Michale Jackson was married to Lisa Marie Presley, so he's straight too, right! ? lol

I won't bring it up again, oh wait, you brought up Jeffey, I didn't, he doesn't even belong in this thread.

Hostility toward other posters doesn't belong on this thread.

I'm asking you to stop. Please.
