I didn't care for it. I agree with Simon that he's more of a crooner and something in that style would have been better. If he had sane something Harry Connick Jr.-ish it would have been better.

I was there the first time around also - and it kills me to admit it....buy hey, I just retired after 36 years with the Fed Gov't so there's nogetting around my age!!!! I loved the Monkees but they couldn't hold a candle to the Beatles or the Dave Clark 5! On Lordy, I'm really showing my age now!!!! Guess that's why I love Taylor so much - that salt & pepper hair!!! (But hey, the guy that does my pedicures says I look 44 - I'm not too sure what to make of the 44....I would have been happier if he'd said 39!)

Know Wauconda area a bit. I grew up in Chicago. Got married there. Late hubby moved us to McHenry where we raised our 3 boys. When hubby died I couldn't afford to live there anymore, so I moved to Southern Indiana where I met present hubby. I miss home.
