Actually, in my experience, they don't usually...they just wallow around in what do I do now? And try to find someone who knows what to do...and then give you the wrong information. The IRS is known for this tactic in particular....

The keywords were added recently. I think someone was trying to help "fix up" the place.
This is the current incarnation of the Undead Thread. Some of those keywords date back to the founding troll jj fate on June 30, 2004.
We've been celebrating his demise since then, and adding a few troll bodies to the funeral pyre periodically.
