I saw an episode yesterday from another season on A&E.
Is the VP of President Logan the same guy who tried to pull article 25 on President Palmer????

The actor that plays Logan's VP--I can't remember his real name, but he was in Twin Peaks, Robocop, The Journey of Natty Gann.
