that can be done....just hit the rear rotor....
Sure Jack could do that...but there would be special circumstances involved. Like he would be temporarily blinded by some unknown substance or he would be tied up facing away from the helo & would have to shoot with one foot that he manages to get loose.
With Jack Bauer its "do you want to do it the hard way or do you want to do it the other hard way?"
