Perfect!!!!
HELP!!!! I missed a short portion of the show tonight. Just after the 9:50 break, Walt's wife came in and met with FLOTUS. Did FLOTUS tell her the truth, or the VPOTUS's version??? Or did she say nothing at all.
See Jack arm bomb, See Jack peeve off bad guys, see Jack make kill(only one of the night I think), see Jack play doctor and save kid!!!!GOD Jack CAN do it all!!!!
BTW, Rudy has absolutely no business giving anyone orders, unless it's to relieve himself from duty, not after last weeks beatdown---WUSS!!!!!
All Flotus told her was that Walt loved his country and loved her. Flotus couldn't tell Walts wife the truth.
Thanks. I kind of figured she couldn't tell her the truth.
Flotus was going to but got teary eyed with Walts widow and just couldn't do it. The weasel Potus was listening around a corner too. I just don't like that guy. And to get Jack to help, he promised he'd go to bat for him with the Chinese. Bet the weasel reneges!
It would be in the spineless wimps best interest to renig on that. BTW, if we could pick someone(other than Jack, or Chloe) to be Pres., I pick Bill Buchanon. Although he didn't stand up to Rudy tonight,he could step in and kick some.
my sentiments exactly!
Actually, I thought Edgar was going to ask Rudy if he wanted to go quail hunting when this season's over.
Sounds like Logan has Elvis Hennigan as a political and personal adviser. S
Do you think she is true blue or is she going to turn out to be a mole, a la Nina Myers? opps, I just remembered, you used to look at the spoilers; I was just wondering what your intuition was-- sans spoilers. : )
He has stood up to Rudy but from what was said tonight, The Weasel sicced Rudy on Bill. Heaven knows why. Or the writers. :)
So what, Keifer had his all the way off.....
OK, tonight i had to write my article for the paper (I used to do it on tuesday, but my editor left the paper and his boss needs the column earlier because she's doing two jobs and that's too much information). Anyway, I taped the show and followed along with the comments while watching the tape. That also let me watch the taped replay of the olympics (with a 9-hour delay they still can't cut out the 30 seconds of dead time waiting for the stupid numbers?)
OK.
I can buy the "we need to let some die, so others live". Except we didn't need to. That and others in the top 10:
1) As some said, Chloe just needs to set off an alarm. The terrorists might believe the mall has a chemical sensor (I bet all the big ones do). If necessary, call the mall security and have them set a fire in the food court. Then the terrorists won't suspect anything.
2) They had the bug planted on the guy. They were ready to let them gas the mall because of how important it was for him to lead them to the terrorists. But when they get there, they don't even wait to make sure it's not just a stopping point built in to check for tails? How stupid is that?
3) What stupid rules say that if you fall during your skating, you should pretend to be hurt and then you get a 5-minute break and when you come back you get a sympathy vote and end up with the silver? (Oops, wrong program).
4) Whatever decision is made, CTU has way too much 2nd-guessing.
5) I hate Logan, but at least he made a decision -- finally. Too bad for him Bauer doesn't take direction well.
6) Wouldn't Jack have done better to tell them he would give them the code as soon as he had his money and was outside the mall where he'd be safe? Rather than telling them he was worthless to them? Plus, we could have seen them waste some time torturing Jack -- after all, hasn't he already been tortured to death at least once?
7) What's up with Mike? He reminds me of those "neutral" characters in D&D. I really tried but I can't buy the "traiter is a hero" lie just to save his family embarrassment.
8) It's been 5 years now, don't you think some day they'd learn what a "perimeter" means? On this show, their perimeters NEVER keep anybody in. They've already set up at least 3 perimeters on this show, and every one has been useless in stopping the terrorists from just walking or driving away.
9) And with a whole team, not one of them thought that once the place was empty, they might want a few of them glancing around to see if they were being watched? If the terrorists were armed, they could have ambushed the entire gang -- what kind of crack force is that?
10) I wish I had known to watch the wife-swap show. I was watching 7th heaven. We should live-blog that in two weeks, I swear we would get a real laugh out of it. OK, never mind. I miss the nanny show.
OK. Did anybody catch the USA/Finland Curling match? Why didn't the U.S. guy just wind up and smack the rock on the left out of the way to win? It was like he WANTED to lose.
I love curling. I wonder if Jack would be good at it....
Too much caffeine this evening?
"I don't drink coffee"
(I loved that line from the movie "Hoodwinked").
This is the one that will give Logan the excuse to back stab Bauer later. I saw a bit of the wife stop, god there was a liberal whiny wife that would drive you nuts that was offended by everything.
I haven't seen any Audrey spoilers. But no, I don't think she's a mole.
