I am a long time FR reader and an occasional poster- although I have not posted in quite some time ( but I do go to this website 5 or 6 times a day)
Anyhow I just got completely hooked on this show and just saw this thread. I have now watched all of season's 1, 3 &4 through the magic of DVD and had a few questions for you 24 experts ( and judging by the incredible number of posts there are quite a few). So here are my questions fellow Freepers:
1. is there a PING list for this and other "24" threads?
2. Am I the only one that found Terri Bauer in season 1 to be really incredibly annoying.
3. Did President Keeler ever recover?
4. What ever happened to Beerooz?
5. Did Tony Almeida die in season 5 and if so how?
I am sure I will think of more but those come to mind- thanks in advance.

3. Did President Keeler ever recover? No, Keeler is dead. However, Fox would not allow them to kill a sitting President on screen. However, all of the producers & writers have said in interviews that Keeler is dead.
4. What ever happened to Beerooz?
He was rescued by Curtis and taken back to CTU. There is a deleted scene of this on Disc 7 of the Season 4 DVD's.
5. Did Tony Almeida die in season 5 and if so how?
Yes, Tony died in episode 5.13. He was preparing to inject Christopher Henderson with a lethal dose of drugs as payback for the death of Tony's wife, Michelle Dessler. However, Henderson wasn't unconscious as everyone thought and he grabbed the syringe and stabbed Tony in the heart. Jack arrived just in time to hear Tony tell him "She's gone, Jack." (referring to Michelle) and then he died in Jack's arms.

It really says a lot about 24 when Oscar winning actors want to get a role on the show. Awesome.

Coex- many thanks for your answers. Bummer about not being able to show the death of a sitting Prez on the show because I am really hoping that Logan meets his just reward.

Well, Logan might be different as he is evil. Keeler wasn't.
Also, having Logan die by his own hand or the hand of his wife might also make it acceptable to Fox. (And no, this is not a spoiler. I don't know what will happen to Logan. I'm just speculating.)

Went to see The Sentinel today. Very good film. Lots of action, Kiefer was awesome!!!Will not bore you(1hr. 47min.) Michael Douglas was O.K.(BTW, he is going to be in town tomorrow shilling for Dennis Kucinich hee, hee ,hee. There will be an organized protest at the event!!!!)
Oh yeah, Eva and Kim----DING DING DING!!!!!!!
And no, Jack didn't bother with aiming for kneecaps either.

Hi...I don't really post on 24 threads, as I Tivo the episodes and don't participate in the "live thread".
I think all your other questions have been answered, but as to #2, the answer is YES!!
I was glad she got killed! The only thing that would have made me more happy is if she and Kim both came to the same end!! Kim was/is far more annoying but Terri bugged me, too!

We used to have those same phones at my sorority house. You could change the ring, but they were all variations of that same sound.
Hearing that ring just transports me right back to those days! Yikes!

Since I finally had some free time this weekend, I managed to complete some new "24" signatures with Michelle, Chloe, and Jack. I also have wallpaper based on the Chloe & Michelle signatures but haven't finished the wallpaper for Jack just yet.
