We bought my grandson a booklet and game from WM before Christmas, and after it was opened, we found it to have writing in it from what appears to be a preschool kid. We took it back and the CSM replied "we don't restock used items, so it wasn't like that when we sold it." My wife lost it with the little tattoo faced b!tch and called for a manager. He told her the same thing, and if she didn't like it to call the home office. We have contacted the home office before, and it's like talking to a stop sign. Our shopping days are over at WM.
