We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good evening!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
TWU Local 100 agreed to go back to work in New York, ending the illegal transit strike there. Two million dollars worth of fines, pending appeal to a New York State Appellate Court, has been levied against the union local, and Gov. Pataki has said they will not be waived. No change in the negotiating position of either the union local or the City of New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority has occurred, and there exists the possibility of another walkout.
Saddam at his trial indicated the United States is "the number one liar in the world." The trial has been adjourned until January 24, 2006. In other words, so far, there have been four or five court days and weeks upon weeks of nothing.
And President Bush stated "it's been a good year for the American people."
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Caue, the Chairman.
Sun is just now making the sky line pinkish/orange. Suppose to get up to 72 here tomorrow.
Awwww, thanks for the link.
I was up early...way early...and went back to sleep. 18 degrees outside now.
Oh Brrrrr. I wish we could take your 18 and our 70 and make an average temperature out of them.

G'morning Cm. I'm about ready to get on with my day. So much to do. But quite honestly, given my travel and meeting schedule the past few weeks, I'm totally amazed to be in such good shape organization-wise.
And now, I'm off to get started, I'll stop back in when I stop to rest my back.
Good morning. A minute a day longer and that always makes me happy too.
I'll be leaving shortly to take "Scruffy" to the vet for a procedure that is long over due. He is close to 10 months old.
Any cat people here, that has a male cat - can you tell me what changes to expect from him? We've always had female cats.
My son thinks Scruffy will turn into a slug - personality wise. Right now he's a holy terror.
This is a much better formatted letter from the Assistant Attorney General to Senators on the Intelligence Committee regarding the NSA spying matter.
There is a LOT of case law cited and I think the president is on solid ground by running the program.

Thank you for the links, Molly! I always appreciate them!!
Have a good day.
No uninterrupted sleep for me w/a needy dog who needs to go outside. lol
Peachl, as of last night my son in SC still did not have landline telephone service....1 full week w/out. Thank goodness for cell phones.
Again, thanks for the links.
I can only imagine such temps.
Good morning, CM! My condolences about the 18 degrees. I'm basking in an incredible 39 degrees, which felt like 75 degrees when I was on my bikeride a short time ago, after last weekend's horrid 7 degrees.
My son and I are going to play tennis with some friends today. But you know, this is just not Christmas weather. I like a frosting of snow or at least frost around this time of year.
I think you'll be able to open this link, IG. I broke down and got a password through the NYT some time ago. (I know it gives them the hit).

You rode your bike this morning???? ACK. I suppose 39 does feel like 75 after what you've been experiencing.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
