It seems to be real.
It's a not terribly common birth defect, the one who photographed it breeds rag dolls.
There's a thread about it, one of our FReepers looked for photoshop indications and saw none. Another found a web site with similar pictures of this and other defects.
As with all of these kittens with that defect it didn't survive the day, although it's normal sibling is doing fine.
Anywhooo, I thought of Darks, but don't know why...
