We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good evening!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The Republican ad on cowardice in DemoncRAT ranks is starting to strike a nerve. Sen. Inouye, Ranking Minority Member of the Senate Defense Appropriations Subocmmittee is calling on President Bush to force the GOP to pull the ad, which features a white flag swinging across the screen in front of speaking DemoncRATS. Word to the GOP--the ad is working!
Why movie critics are out of touch with what most Americans want to see--Brokeback, a movie about a gay cowboy, is the critics choice for movies this year. It also explains why Hollywild is losing money.
Israel's Prime Minister has ordered that Nation's military to be prepared for strikes on suspected nuclear enrichment facilities in Iran by the end of March.
And Iraq will close off all of its borders during its upcoming Parliamentary elections.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
LET'S ROLL!!!
For those of you who are awaiting the Chairman's Christmas tree picutre--soon. The tree is up and trimmed--a new tree this year--but we need some background light in the room. To take it now (8 PM ET) would just show a sea of lights. Patience.
Hi!
I'll wait for the pic, but I'm curious to what your new cottage looks like.
Nosy.
Patience, smachience -- here I am, just tap, tap, tapping my toes waiting to get a glimpse of that new fabulous tree and you ask for PATIENCE! Whoa!!!
Chair, I really like the new format. Gives me a chance to "see" how the new day is going to shape up. Thanks for all your devotion to ATRW.
Sure.
But the Hollyweirds are welcome to show their ignorance yet again. I'm sure John Kerry agrees with them.
We've arrived at our location in the Valley. It's nice here, although there is rain forecast into next week. I believe the park is going to be VERY busy this year.
I finished reading Norman Podoretz's The Panic Over Iraq and found it to be very good. Recommended reading as far as I'm concerned.
Are you anywhere near Pharr? My grandparents used to winter there and then eventually moved there when they got tired of driving around.
The Colts won again, making them 13-0, and have secured homefield advantage throughout the playoffs.
Jem, went on the Historic Decatur Christmas Tour last evening. It was beautiful, especially some of the elaborate outside decorations.
The home interiors were outstanding and all of the decorations - interior and exterior - were of the same genre as the White House. Lots of flowers and oodles of fruit everywhere - on the trees, on mantles, in centerpieces.
My favorite tree was a gold and white tree decorated with Magnolias, gold balls, white and gold ribbons and white lights. Excellent.
Several churches were also on the tour and everything, with the exception of one house, was built in the 1800's. The exception was built in 1901!
Yes. I've seen it once and it was indeed memorable. I love beautiful homes and decorations. Decatur certainly has its share of homes for gracious living.
President Bush is scheduled to give the third in a series (of three) speeches about Iraq tomorrow morning. I think the time is 10:15 CST, but you need to double check that.
We are not extremely close to Pharr, although it's nice there too.
Glad you are feeling better MM, I think it's been a particularly bad year for viruses this year. Really mean ones out there.
Thanks, Jemian. I will have to read the speech and the account on the live thread. We have to attend a funderal tomorrow.
Woke at 3 with nausea. I haven't eaten much all day but it seems to have subsided. Then my arthritis really kicked in today. I haven't accomplished anything, didn't even make it to church.
Hope you feel better tomorrow, Jane!
Does anyone have a short summary of what happened on the Sunday shows today, besides Linsey Graham dumping on the President? Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr......Wish I lived in South Carolina so I could campaign against him.
I hope you feel better. My condolences to the friends and family.
