Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Home is behind, the world ahead
New verse:
Upon the hearth the fire is red, Beneath the roof there is a bed; But not yet weary are our feet, Still round the corner we may meet A sudden tree or standing stone That none have seen but we alone. Tree and flower and leaf and grass, Let them pass! Let them pass! Hill and water under sky, Pass them by! Pass them by! |
|
|
Still round the corner there may wait A new road or a secret gate, And though we pass them by today, Tomorrow we may come this way And take the hidden paths that run Towards the Moon or to the Sun. Apple, thorn, and nut and sloe, Let them go! Let them go! Sand and stone and pool and dell, Fare you well! Fare you well! |
|
Home is behind, the world ahead, And there are many paths to tread Through shadows to the edge of night, Until the stars are all alight. Then world behind and home ahead, Well wander back to home and bed. Mist and twilight, cloud and shade, Away shall fade! Away shall fade! Fire and lamp, and meat and bread, And then to bed! And then to bed! |

Not that one though!

*chuckle* And most of my collection was taken as tribute from various of my subjects, whose sources shall remain undisclosed... state secrets and all that. :)

Heh...so at this point I'm probably in the clear? Can't track it to me?
To: RosieCotton
An honest snaig, then!

The Mrs. is hooked now. Over Christmas I watched season 4. Since she was captive on the couch with her cast, she watched and got hooked.
Although tonight I did have to inform her that she is not allowed to scream everytime ~someone~ gets killed.
If yuh know what I mean.

Uh, sometimes they're called student activity centers, have meeting rooms, cafeteria, newstand, coffee shop. Or maybe not anymore.

Spoiler font...
Man, if she screamed *every* time, she's gonna hurt her throat...!
(End spoiler!)
To: Bear_in_RoseBear
That's exactly what I said to her! (more spoiler font)
Was there any reference to President Keehler? Is he still ill or did he die? If they said anything I missed it.
So, there's that.

In the clear? That all depends on *who* is doing the tracking. Perhaps these mere Earthling organizations could not trace you. The Andonians could, but they couldn't be bothered by such petty trifles. Of course, there is no need to even mention the capabilities of the Imperial Constainian agencies. Mortals fear to say their names with reason.

Bear, I agree.
Corin, we started with the first season, first show, we thought the premise would be interesting. Overall, it as held up extremely well. I thought the fourth season was the best to that point; this one is starting our very well indeed.

Speaking of pets...this is Tam after a marathon retrieving session this evening. Doesn't really look comfortable to me, but what do I know?
Of course, that was five minutes ago. Now he's back up and prowling the high places in search of the ball, which I hid so he'd quit for awhile. He already checked the desk drawers and the basket on top of the TV. He hasn't figured out I don't use those places anymore.

Thankfully the game ran a little long or I woulda missed the opening.FEH! Clare had set the DVR for the two hour program so because of the game running long we DIDN'T GET THE LAST 5 MINUTES!! AARGH! You wanna send me in super secret font what happened? The last I saw, the AssHat President Logan had refused to delay the summit even when he was informed he REALLY, REALLY needed to do so!
