I may be going out on a limb here, but I am guessing that it is probably not a good thing to tell the judge, presiding at your trial, to "Go to hell".

I am astonished that the judge lets him get away with that. I expected to see Hussein carried into the court and made to sit there in manacles and gag.
WOW! Now THAT is cold. It is around 40 here and the weather man said it is a 'wet' cold. whatever that is.
But, but, but NY, saddaam is still president, he can do and say anything he wants. The poor judge must have the patience of Jobe. Saddam is acting just like he did when he overthrew the reigning government of Iraq. I saw a program where he held a meeting of his backers, shortly after he became tyrant in charge and had some of those backers removed and killed. You could see the fear on the faces of the audience. He's still in "take over" mode.
