Zycam worked for me too, I took it when I just started getting a sore throat, runny nose, sneezing. I improved the next day and the day after the cold was almost totally gone.

Usually I'll catch something like that and it will get a lot worse and I'll have it for over a month or until I get some antibiotics from the doctor.
