A man has pleaded guilty to trespassing in connection with a fatal horse-sex case.
James Michael Tait, 54, of Enumclaw, was accused of entering a barn without the owner's permission. Tait admitted to officers that he entered a neighboring barn last July with friend Kenneth Pinyan to have sex with a horse, charging papers said. Tait was videotaping the episode when Pinyan suffered internal injuries that led to his death.
Tait pleaded guilty Tuesday and was given a one-year suspended sentence, a $300 fine, and ordered to perform eight hours of community service and have no contact with the neighbors.
The prosecutor's office said no animal cruelty charges were filed because there was no evidence of injury to the horses.
...More like a pain in his rear...
sex offender?
He sure offends sex I would say.
No wonder Mr. Ed went off the air.
hint: how would a MAN suffer from INTERNAL injuries while having sex...
Umm..... oh never mind!
WINNER! ROTFLMAO
If a horse is good
with a bat, there will be guys
kneeling at the plate . . .
You can bet they didn't videotape it just for fun; they probably had plans to sell it.
Take a deep breath; the animal was apparently in a "superior position" during the act.
The Seattle P.I. reports this as Farm trespasser sentenced and it's Local News instead of Lifestyles!
Did the horse kick him? If so 2 points for the horse!
Becky
While he was in the throes trysting with the horse, Mr. Ed turned around kicked the sh*t out of him.
That video is going to end up on the Internet at some point.
I sure hope they brought flowers and a few lumps of sugar before mounting the mount.........I guess somebody thought it was size that counts so he went for a horse or possibly his last date said " get a horse" SO HE DID !
Ok, I want to know what they did to the stallion to get it to uh participate?
What did you expect? The mans from Enumclaw for goodness sakes.
For some, there's a fine line between pain and pleasure........
I absolutely could not resist...amazed I was first.
does community service mean he has to service the equine community?
...believe you got the wrong impression, er, to put it politely; the horse was the quarterback and the man who died played tight end.
